For agencies selling to Main Street

Book first meetings with local business owners

Leadwick finds the owner of US local businesses, researches each one, and drafts a first email built on a real detail. You review it and send it from your own inbox.

$49/month for 100 researched prospects. US only.

The work is sorted. Getting anyone to answer isn't.

You can build the site, run the ads, set up the automations. But the owner never sees your email, and when the last project ends, the pipeline goes quiet.

  • Nobody picks up

Calls go to voicemail. Emails get nothing. You can't get a hold of anybody who actually makes the decision.

  • Your emails land in info@

Half the addresses you find are generic inboxes nobody reads, so even a good pitch never reaches the owner.

  • You don't know what to look up

Reviews? Their website? Their ads? Without a clear way to research a business, every email ends up sounding like a template.

  • Prospecting gets put off daily

It's boring, manual and repetitive. Twenty minutes per business, five businesses in, and you stop.

  • Project ends, silence starts

A client wraps up and there's nothing lined up behind it. Zero pipeline, again.

From a business name to a first email in minutes

Leadwick does the digging. You stay in charge of what gets sent.

  1. 1

Tell Leadwick what you sell and where

Pick your service, the business types you serve (dentists, roofers, salons) and the US cities or areas you want to work.

  2. 2

    Get owner-level contacts

Leadwick finds the person who runs each business and their direct contact, instead of a front-desk or info@ address.

  3. 3

    Review the research

For each prospect you get a short brief: a real, current detail like a missing booking page, a slow site or a pattern in their reviews.

  4. 4

Send the draft from your own inbox

Leadwick writes a first email built on that detail. Edit it, copy it, and send it yourself so it reads like you and comes from you.

Outreach that sounds like you did your homework

Because you did. Leadwick just does it faster.

Reach the owner, not the front desk

Leadwick looks for the decision-maker at each local business and their direct contact, and flags when only a generic inbox is available.

Know what to say before you write

Each prospect comes with research notes pulled from their site, listings and reviews, so you know what's broken before you reach out.

A first email worth replying to

Drafts open with a specific detail about their business and tie it to what you offer. No mass templates, no fake flattery.

Send from your inbox, in your voice

Leadwick drafts, you send. One-to-one emails from your own address avoid the bulk-sender look that gets templates ignored.

Built for Main Street, not enterprise

Covers any type of local business in the US, the dentists, contractors and salons that enterprise contact databases barely track.

Keep the pipeline moving between projects

100 researched prospects a month gives you a steady stream to work through, so a wrapped project doesn't mean starting from zero.

Made for small agencies that sell to local businesses

  • New agencies chasing first clients

Delivery is ready, but you need your first few paying clients and don't have a network to lean on.

  • 1–5 person web, marketing and automation shops

You sell to dentists, contractors, salons and other local owners, and you do your own sales.

  • Agencies with a gap between projects

Referrals dried up and you need conversations started this month, not someday.

Not a fit if: You sell to enterprise or tech companies, or outside the US; You want a tool that blasts thousands of emails automatically.

Why not just use a data tool or do it by hand?

Data tools give you names. Manual digging gives you context, slowly. Leadwick gives you both.

Questions agency owners ask

Does Leadwick send emails for me?

No. Leadwick finds the contact, researches the business and drafts the email. You review it, edit if you want, and send it from your own inbox. That keeps the message in your voice and keeps you in control of what goes out under your name.

Which businesses and regions does it cover?

US only for now, and any type of local business: dental offices, contractors, salons, HVAC, restaurants, gyms and so on. If you sell outside the US, Leadwick isn't a fit yet.

How is this different from Apollo or ZoomInfo?

Those tools are built around enterprise and tech contacts and tend to be thin on local owners. They also stop at the contact. Leadwick focuses on Main Street businesses and adds the research and a drafted first email for each one.

Is $49 a month worth it before I have clients?

It's built for exactly that stage. One closed client is typically worth $1,000 or more to a small agency, which covers well over a year. You can also try a few researched prospects free before paying anything.

What if Leadwick can't find the owner's direct contact?

It tells you. Rather than quietly handing you an info@ address, the prospect is marked so you can decide whether to call, visit, or skip it.

Will this get my domain flagged as spam?

Leadwick doesn't send anything, so there's no bulk sending from your domain. You're sending individual, specific emails from your own inbox at your own pace.

How long does setup take?

There's nothing to install or connect. Describe what you sell, choose business types and areas, and Leadwick starts building your prospect list.

Stop emailing info@. Start talking to owners.

Leadwick finds the owner, does the research and drafts the first email. You hit send and book the meeting.
