Done-for-you local launch · $399

Get your first paying lawn care jobs in 30 days

We set up your Google profile, first-customer offer, flyers and a plan for your town. You spend about an hour a week. For new lawn care, junk removal and pet waste owners.

Full refund if you don't land a paying job in 30 days

Your page is up. Your phone is quiet.

You bought the mower, made the Facebook page, maybe paid for a few ads. Then you waited. If any of this sounds like your last few weeks, you're not doing it wrong. You're just guessing.

“I launched a few weeks ago and still have no customers.”
Every day without a call makes it harder to keep going, and you start wondering if this was a mistake.
“I got one lead and one job. Outside of that, nothing.”
That first job proved people will pay. But you can't tell where it came from or how to get the next ten.
“The Facebook groups here are tiny and my posts get buried.”
Under 2k members, strict no-promo rules, and your post is gone from the feed by the next morning.
“My ads got clicks and likes. Not one call.”
$20 a day on broad targeting, zero reviews to back it up, and no way to tell if the ad, the page or the price is the problem.
“I don't even know if I show up when someone nearby searches.”
A neighbor types “lawn mowing near me” and sees three other crews. You have no idea where you rank, or why.

How your 30-day launch works

We do the setup and the thinking. You approve, drop flyers and answer the phone. About an hour a week of your time.

  1. 1

Tell us your town and your service

Fill out a short intake: where you work, what you charge, what equipment you have and how many jobs a week you can take on.

  2. 2

    Approve your town-specific plan

We send a plan for your area: which neighborhoods to start with, what offer to lead with and which channels to use, in order.

  3. 3

Launch your profile, offer and flyers

We set up or fix your Google Business Profile, write your first-customer offer and design print-ready flyers. You print them and drop them.

  4. 4

Book jobs and follow next steps weekly

Each week you get clear next steps based on what's bringing calls. No paying job by day 30? You get your full $399 back.

Everything a new crew needs to get the first calls

Four things, done for you, in the order that matters for a business with zero or one customer.

Show up when neighbors search “lawn care near me”

We set up or fix your Google Business Profile: service area, categories, services with starting prices, photos, and a simple text your first customers can use to leave a review.

Give first customers a reason to try you

With zero reviews, you need a reason for a homeowner to pick you over the crew they already know. We write one first-customer offer priced for your area, plus a backup if it doesn't land.

Flyers that get calls, plus a map of where to drop them

We design print-ready door flyers with your offer, a clear photo and a phone number big enough to read from the porch. You get a route of which streets to hit first and why.

Know exactly what to do this week in your town

No more piecing together YouTube advice. Your plan ranks what to do for your town, and each week the next steps change based on what's actually bringing calls.

Built for the zero-to-first-customers stage

Firstcall is for you if

  • You just started in lawn care or landscaping

You're in your first 90 days, the mower and trailer are ready, the page is up, and the phone isn't ringing.

  • You run junk removal or pet waste pickup

Same route-based model, same problem. Your plan is built around the neighborhoods where you want to work.

  • You can give it about an hour a week

You approve the plan, drop flyers and answer calls. We handle the setup, the offer and the planning.

It's not a fit if

  • You already have steady customers and want an ongoing marketing retainer
  • Your business is outside the US
  • You want someone to run paid ads for you. Firstcall doesn't run ads.

Why not just run ads or buy leads?

Both can work later. When you have zero reviews and zero customers, they mostly burn money you don't have yet.

Questions new owners ask

$399 is a lot when I have no customers yet. Why pay this?

It's about what a handful of lawn jobs bring in, and less than many owners spend on ads that don't bring calls. If you don't get at least one paying job within 30 days, you get the full $399 back, so the risk sits with us.

How does the refund work?

If you don't get at least one paying job within the 30 days of your launch, email us and we refund the full $399.

How is this different from Thumbtack, Angi or running my own ads?

Lead sites send the same lead to several pros, and new businesses with no reviews usually lose on price. Ads cost money every day. Firstcall is a one-time setup of things you keep: your Google profile, an offer, flyers and a plan for your town.

How much of my time does it take?

About an hour a week for the intake, approving the plan and reviewing next steps. On top of that you drop flyers and answer calls, which is part of running the business anyway.

Do you print and deliver the flyers?

No. We design print-ready flyers and give you a route of which streets to hit first. You print them wherever you like and drop them yourself. Printing costs aren't included in the $399.

Do I need a website first?

No. At this stage we focus on your Google Business Profile, your offer and flyers. If you already have a website or Facebook page, we'll point people to it.

Where do you work, and do I need to meet anyone?

US only, fully remote. Everything happens over email and a short intake, so it doesn't matter which town you're in.

Will I still own my Google profile?

Yes. You stay the owner. We ask for manager access to set it up, and you can remove it at any time.

Stop guessing. Get your first paying jobs in 30 days.

Google profile, first-customer offer, flyers and a plan for your town, done for you. $399 one-time, full refund if no paying job.
