For Shopify stores at 1–2 sales a day

Stop burning cash on ads. Get steady sales instead.

Steadyloop reads your Shopify store and each week hands you 1–3 low-cost channels to test, ranked by expected cost per sale, then adjusts to what actually sold.

7-day free trial · Shopify app · cancel anytime

You built a real store. Sales are still a trickle.

The store works. People who find it sometimes buy. The hard part is getting found without paying more for a sale than you make on it.

“I'm lucky to get 1 or 2 sales a day, and I have no idea what to try next.”
Every week feels like starting from zero, picking a tactic at random and hoping this one sticks.
“Ads are burning cash or breaking even, with maybe one good day a week.”
A $20/day budget never gets enough data to learn, so you pay for clicks that don't turn into orders.
“I don't have a network to hype my launch, so posting goes nowhere.”
No friends sharing, no audience yet. Your posts get a handful of views and you can't tell if the channel or the post was wrong.
“Everyone says ‘just do TikTok’ or ‘just do email.’ What works for MY product?”
You read more about selling than you actually sell, and the advice never fits your price, category or budget.

A test-and-learn loop, one week at a time

No 40-tab strategy doc. Just a short list of what to try this week and why.

  1. 1

    Install the Shopify app

Steadyloop reads your products, prices, orders and sales automatically. No spreadsheets, no long onboarding form.

  2. 2

    Run this week's 1–3 tests

Each channel comes ranked by expected cost per sale, with step-by-step instructions, a time estimate and a tracked link or discount code.

  3. 3

    Get next week's plan

Steadyloop checks which tests brought orders, drops what didn't, doubles down on what did, and builds your next plan.

Built for stores that can't afford to guess

Every recommendation is fitted to your product, your margins and the hours you actually have.

Channels that fit your product

It looks at your category, price point and margins, so a $29 candle gets different tests than a $180 backpack.

Ranked by cost per sale, not hype

Each idea shows estimated cost per sale, setup time and odds, so you start with the cheapest bet that can realistically work.

Exact steps, not vague advice

Every test comes with a checklist: who to contact, what to post, what offer to use and how long to run it before judging.

Know what actually sold

Tracked links and unique discount codes tie orders back to each test, so results come from your store data, not gut feel.

A plan that remembers

Failed tests stay failed. Next week's plan builds on what moved sales instead of repeating ideas you already tried.

Know when ads are worth it again

Once a channel shows a profitable offer, Steadyloop tells you when a small ad relaunch makes sense and what budget to cap it at.

Made for solo store owners doing everything themselves

  • Your store is 3–18 months old

It's live, it has made sales, but you're stuck at a few orders a day and under about $5k a month.

  • Your ads lose money or barely break even

You've tried Meta or Google, maybe paused them, and don't want to waste another $500 relaunching blind.

  • You sell in a crowded category

Candles, apparel, jewelry, pet goods, skincare. Plenty of competitors, so the generic playbook doesn't stand out.

  • You're building without a network

No audience or friends to boost your launch, so you need channels that work from a cold start.

Probably not for you if: You're not on Shopify. It's a Shopify app for now.; Your store hasn't launched yet or has no products live.; You're already profitable on ads at scale and need an agency to manage spend..

Why not just keep doing what you're doing?

Free advice and bigger ad budgets both feel productive. Neither gives you a plan that learns from your own sales.

Questions before you start

Is $29 a month worth it when I'm only making a few sales a day?

It's aimed at the money you're already losing. If your ads break even or lose $200–$500 a month, one test that brings sales at $5 instead of $30 covers the cost. You get 7 days free to see your first plan before paying.

How is this different from asking ChatGPT or reading Reddit?

Those give you long lists of ideas. Steadyloop ranks a few by expected cost per sale for your specific product, gives exact steps, tracks which ones brought orders, and remembers what already failed when it builds next week's plan.

What store data do you access, and is it safe?

The Shopify app reads your products, prices, orders and sales so it can fit recommendations and measure results. We don't sell your data or share it with other stores, and uninstalling the app stops all access.

How long does setup take?

Installing the app takes a couple of minutes. Your first plan is built from the store data it reads, so there's no long questionnaire to fill out.

How much time do the weekly tests take?

Each test shows a time estimate up front, and most plans fit in a few hours a week. You can tell Steadyloop how much time you have, and it will pick fewer or quicker tests.

Do I have to stop running ads?

No. If you're running ads, Steadyloop factors them in. It just won't push more ad spend until another channel shows an offer that converts profitably.

Does it work with Etsy, WooCommerce or Amazon?

Not yet. Steadyloop is a Shopify app for now. Tell us your platform when you sign up so we know where to go next.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your account whenever you like. If you cancel during the 7-day trial, you won't be charged.

Stop guessing. Start testing channels that sell.

Get a weekly plan of cheap channels ranked for your store, and a next step that's based on what actually sold.
