For brains that quit planners

Miss a day and nothing breaks. Your plan rebuilds itself.

Type or say what needs doing. Loopday fits recurring and big tasks into your free time, and rebuilds today when you skip a day or run over.

14-day free trial · iOS and Android

You didn't fail the planner. The planner needed too much from you.

Most planners only work if you maintain them every day. For ADHD brains, that upkeep is the first thing to go.

“Every planner works for about 9 days. Then I miss one and never open it again.”
One off day leaves a wall of overdue red, and cleaning it up feels worse than not planning at all.
“I spend more time organizing my planner than doing the stuff in it.”
Re-entering repeats, re-dragging blocks, rebuilding the week. The maintenance becomes the task.
“I just want to say ‘water plants every 4 days’ and be done.”
Instead you get a recurrence menu with six dropdowns and a custom rule builder.
“Time blocking falls apart the second a task runs past its 40 minutes.”
One overrun and the rest of the day's blocks are wrong, and fixing them is on you.
“I have a huge project due in 3 weeks and no idea what to do today.”
Big goals sit on the list untouched until it's cram time.

Set it up once. Then just do the next thing.

No templates to build and no weekly review to keep up. Loopday handles the upkeep.

  1. 1

    Connect your calendar

Link Google or Apple Calendar so Loopday sees your meetings and the real gaps between them.

  2. 2

    Say what needs doing

Type or speak it plainly: “water plants every 4 days”, “essay due March 30”. AI turns it into tasks with time estimates.

  3. 3

    Open today's plan

Loopday places tasks in your free gaps, splits big ones into daily steps, and shows you what's next.

  4. 4

    Skip, run over, carry on

Run long or miss a whole day and it rebuilds the plan from what's left. There's no backlog to clear first.

A planner that does its own upkeep

Everything you used to maintain by hand, Loopday maintains for you.

A missed day doesn't leave a wall of red

When you come back, Loopday rebuilds today from what's still left, your free gaps and your deadlines. Nothing piles up as overdue.

Repeats in plain words, not settings

Say “every 4 days”, “first Monday of the month” or “twice a week, evenings”. Loopday sets the rule and finds a slot each time.

Big projects become today-sized steps

Give it a deadline and a rough size. Loopday breaks the work into small steps and spreads them across your real free time.

Plans around how long things take you

Loopday notices when tasks take longer than planned and adjusts future estimates, so your day stops being overbooked.

Built for people planners keep losing

Loopday is for you if

  • You have ADHD and a planner graveyard

Diagnosed or suspected, you've downloaded three or more planners and dropped each one within weeks.

  • You juggle a job and life admin

Work, bills, chores, appointments and the stuff nobody reminds you about, all competing for the same gaps.

  • You're studying and done with cramming

Your semester workload needs to turn into small daily steps, not an all-nighter the week before.

It's probably not for you if

  • You need a shared project tool for a team.
  • You enjoy hand-crafting your planner every week and want full manual control.
  • You want a desktop app. Loopday is on iOS and Android only.

How Loopday compares

Questions you're probably asking

What happens if I ignore the app for a week?

Nothing breaks. When you open it again, Loopday rebuilds today's plan from what's still left, your free time and your deadlines. Low-priority tasks that slipped are spread out, not dumped on today, and there's no backlog to clean up first.

I've quit every planner. Why would this one stick?

Most planners need daily upkeep: re-entering repeats, moving missed blocks, rebuilding the week. Loopday does that upkeep itself. The only thing you need to do is open it and look at what's next.

How is it different from Todoist, Motion or Tiimo?

Todoist and TickTick are lists, so you still decide when to do everything. Motion and Reclaim schedule for you but cost $19–34/mo and focus on work meetings. Tiimo looks calm, but you build and rebuild the routine by hand. Loopday schedules your whole life and adapts when days go off track.

Which phones and calendars does it work with?

Loopday runs on iOS and Android and syncs with Google Calendar and Apple Calendar to find your free time.

Do I have to type everything in?

No. Type or speak in plain language, like “call mum every Sunday” or “finish essay by the 30th”, and AI turns it into scheduled tasks with time estimates you can adjust.

How long does setup take?

A few minutes. Connect your calendar, say your recurring tasks and anything with a deadline, and your first plan is ready.

What do you do with my calendar data?

Loopday reads your calendar events to find free gaps for your tasks. Your data isn't sold or used for ads, and you can disconnect calendars or delete your account at any time.

How much does it cost?

$8/month or $60/year after a 14-day free trial. Both include every feature, and you can cancel anytime.

Your last planner should be one that survives bad days

Tell Loopday what needs doing once. It keeps the plan current, even when you don't.
