One test
You get a full refund for a test any time before we start its outreach. Once outreach starts, its 7 days begin (the dashboard shows Day 1 of 7) and the test isn't refunded: the page is built and people are being reached.
Plans
Cancel any time in Billing. The plan keeps working until the end of the month you paid for, and part of a month isn't refunded. Tests you don't use end with the month.
If we can't run your test
If we turn your idea down before you pay, you pay nothing. If you've paid and we can't start outreach for your test, you get a full refund. A test taken down for breaking our content rules isn't refunded.
How to ask
Write to us with the form on the Privacy page, from your account's email address, and say which test. The refund goes back to the card you paid with, through Stripe; banks usually take 5 to 10 days to show it.
