The problem in their words
Solo founders are getting signups, sometimes hundreds, but people "try the product once" and "disappear", stall in onboarding, or start checkout and never pay. Most of them "don't tell you why", and some founders admit they never watched a single person use the product. They want to know where new signups get stuck and what made them leave.

If you tested it
A headline for the page: “See exactly where your new signups stall, and why they leave”
Test first: The riskiest assumption is that founders will pay to learn why signups leave rather than chase more traffic, shown by paid pre-orders or deposits on the page.
- Build a one-page site: watch first sessions, ask people who quit, get a short report on where signups stall, with a paid pre-order button.
- Post in SaaS and micro SaaS communities, replying to founders asking why signups don't convert, and offer a free diagnosis to a few.
- Count it a yes if several founders pre-order or ask to be set up within 7 days, not just sign up for updates.
